  • Won’t let me play since update

    Every time I try to play the game it tells me that I can’t play while my clock isn’t synced and close the app and restart when my clock is correct. It’s totally correct, set to auto update; I’m in a different time zone than I usually am but the phone auto detected that and changed the time. I don’t know wth the deal is. I’m annoyed that I can’t play the special events though

    I LOVE this game. I'm addicted to it, playing it at 4 a.m. Unlocking new emojis. Great app, graphics,emojis,and a fun way to take it easy!😁
  • Nothing for purchase and no support

    I just made an in game purchase. The game told me my purchase was successful, but the coins and gems I purchased never showed up. Also, 4 days ago I contacted customer service about a persistent glitch in my game. I got an auto-responded message saying I should hear more within 48 hours. I have not heard anything since then, even though it’s been over 96 hours. Finally, I hate that the only way to sign into the game is through Facebook. I don’t have a Facebook account, and I won’t create one for a game.

    I’ve been playing this game from the beginning. I’ve gotten used to the fact that duplicate emojis are given for level ups before new emojis are given. The group emoji function has helped improve that functionality. However, it is rare when villain events come around. I personally collect Disney villain memorabilia. I get very excited when villain events come around. This past event was set up similarly to a daily challenge. I liked it, until I realized Cruella de Vil needed to be purchased. I tried to purchase her with the gems but, low and behold, I was given a level up for Ursula. I’ve had it with this game. Walt Disney wanted to continue to reimagine his parks, movies and I’m sure if he was around for phone applications it would extend to that as well. The point is, He reimagined his products for the better. It’s time to go back to the drawing board.

    First off, I needed to make a change to the age that was submitted when the game was first installed, as the child who was playing it turned 13, and wanted to connect to Facebook. I submitted a ticket and was told the only way to now do do was to delete the game and restart the game from scratch. We had been playing for about a year, and had reached close to level 100, and had even spent real world money on the game too, so we didn’t want to loose all of that, when a simple switch change would have fixed this. I even offered to purchase an app from them, if this was required to make a simple change like this on the account. The customer service rep became very rude and belligerent towards me and then said that they won’t communicate with me any further on this issue, and that they were going to ignore my emails from that point on. Very disappointed with a company that doesn’t have any empathy for their customers. Especially a company as “family friendly”, supposedly, as Disney.

    Just got an iPhone 8 and my progress transferred over perfectly when I signed into FB. My only issue is, the game is super choppy and glitchy, it’s almost impossible to play. I see that Disney has noted this problem on the DEB forums but it looks like they have yet to fix it. It’s not enjoyable to play this way at all, it’s actually quite annoying.. hoping for an update soon!
  • If we buy gems to play an event, give us an emoji we need, don't level up those we already have!

    Do not EVER purchase gems to get an emoji you need unless you don't have ANY of the emojis advertised in the Diamond box and you'd be happy to have any of them. Playing the villain event. I have Ursula and Maleficent so I play those challenges. Then I'm stuck at Cruella, so silly me, I buy 80 to get Cruella and continue the challenge. Nope, got Ursula leveled up. It would be much more fun if the game threw you what you actually needed, especially if you're paying for it.

    It’s been a week since I notified customer service about an in-app purchase in which I did not receive the coins and gems advertised. In return I’ve only received a generic email with a promise to address the problem within 72 hours. The special deal is expected to expire in 17 hours. Where is my refund? Why are you not quicker to respond? As a result, here is the poor review I’ve promised. I’m greatly disappointed especially when the games affiliated with Disney. Everyone, please do not bother playing this game.

    You have to do something about the challenges game is addicting and I love it but when you do challenges there is not enough time to finish them unless you play 24 hours a day. Also it's hard to play a challenge when you can't get the emoji to play it Cruella I keep getting the same emoji when I try to buy with gems I am not wasting any more money trying to buy them you should do 300 gems to get the emoji you want
