Update 10-17-17 Something changed without my permission or knowledge. My voicemail was moved to RoboKiller. Don't like it, don't want it. It moved all my messages except four. Some of those I was saving. But when I go back to listen, I may or may not be able to hear them. You can see the volume thing looking like it or someone is talking. But all I hear are bits of a person saying something. I have no clue how this happened, but I believe I should have gotten an email prior to this. 😠 When I first started using this app, I thought great, screwed again! But I think I was just frustrated trying to figure out how to use it. It's so cool to be sitting right next to my phone and not even know a spammer had called. Then open RoboKiller and listen to the person who has been bothering me for months listen to and try to tell the Killer she wanted to speak with me. She finally hung up, frustrated herself. 😆 Then you have the option to add the number to RoboKiller's extensive list of spammer numbers. I think anyone on the edge of trying it out should definitely give it a try.

I signed up at$.99/month and enjoyed the service. I contacted Tech support and said I would like to sign up for an annual subscription. They said I needed to unsubscribe and sign up again choosing 'annual ' option. Conveniently, the cost for the annual version went from &9.99 to $19.99. No deal with those kind of tricks.
  • Blocked calls I needed. Let spam calls through

Tried for at least three months. It blocked calls I needed, some of which were in my contacts. Let spam calls through. The last update totally highjacked my voicemail messages right out from under the iOS voicemail app. ALL OF THEM, EVEN THE LEGIT ONES. Some voicemail came through as sms. After it highjacked my voicemail I couldn’t listen to any messages. After deleting the app today, all of those voicemail messages just vanished. The mess of dealing with the app takes more time than just declining numbers I don’t recognize.
  • Steals your calls / Splits call logs & Voice Mail

Blocking is 50/50 The major issue I have with this app is they forward your phone calls to their in-house systems and once that happens you loose any tracking inside the normal iPhone app. When your looking for a caller you have to look in the phone app call log then go into Robocall call log and of course it maybe in their apps voice mail. Robocall I guess wants to be replace the iPhone phone app. I’m looking for a good call blocker. This is a perfect example of a good app gone rogue. The developers are trying to be everything and lost focus of the prize. I stopped using and cancelled my subscription.

After the update, my Verizon voicemail is screwed up. My default greeting was changed without my permission or knowledge. I would sometimes get a texted voicemail and sometimes not. I don’t want to go into the app to retrieve my voicemail. Sometimes my phone wouldn’t ring with a trusted number. Started to feel like this app was taking over way more than it should. Uninstall for now.

This is seriously the best unwanted calls blocker I have ever experienced. It’s been nothing but peacefulness after downloading this app. No more unwanted calls for sure!

When I first downloaded this app about 2 months ago I was ecstatic! I did the week trial to make sure the app was something I wanted to pay for. This app was great and did exactly what it said it would do. I paid the yearly subscription for a product I believed did what I needed it too. And was perfect. Then the dreaded Verizon voice mail bug hit. Now, I know it was unexpected and not the fault of the app developers but I lost many voice mails. The only ones to get texted to me were from my husband. All the others just poof - disappeared. Once the fix was put in place there were many voicemails that showed up. I had 28 voice mails that were never texted to me. Some from my employer and even more from my husband which I thought were being sent by text. Now the “fix” is in place I have to go into the app to hear my voicemails, AND trust I’m getting every one. It’s frustrating that the app isn’t the same when I made the decision to pay the yearly subscription. Had I known in advance I would have done month to month and canceled. As it is I am debating deleting the app as I shouldn’t have to go into the app to hear my voice mails. And while I know they did what they could to fix it, and it’s still a great robo killer it’s just not what I paid for.

Just let me buy it once. I don’t care if it works or not. The calls will just keep coming the same way your monthly payments will. I bet you guys are the ones behind the robocalls because this is the REAL scam. You people should be ashamed of yourselves.
