  • Scrolling Glitched (Latest Update), Pricing

The latest update seems to have glitched scrolling through tracks. It seems to get stuck and makes it difficult to scroll through tracks. I’m a big Pearl Jam fan so I enjoy their catalog of official bootlegs in one place! I would love to get to see a live stream from Pearl Jam like Dead and Company gets within the app, but I would assume that permission has to come from the band first. Or maybe even pre recording shows would be cool! Pearl Jam has their own crew shooting every show, and it looks well produced! My only other complaint about the app, if any, is the pricing. $12.99 per month and then $24.99 for better quality just seems a little high to me. I feel $12.99 for high quality and maybe $6.99 is sufficient enough. I am totally interested in the higher quality for Pearl Jam shows but not at $24.99 per month! Also, the I only listen to Pearl Jam within this app, so pretty much the rest of the content goes to waste. So maybe the pricing could be separated by the band or by the content consumed. Just a thought. Thanks for all your hard work! Much appreciated!

I’ve streamed several shows now. I had been blaming the internet service and moving around. That’s not the issue. This is the WORST. Pause every 10 seconds. I’ve been trying not to complain, but I’ve had it. NEVER will I use nugs.net or tv again. SHAME! I feel robbed.

They haven’t figured out the streaming thing yet. When you pay 30 dollars for a live stream for one evening you expect it to be high quality. My experience was that it was choppy during the second set. I sent them an email and they said don’t worry about it you can watch it for 48 hours. I get up this morning to watch the parts I missed and it’s no where to be found.
  • Love this option !

Streaming dead and company is great with this app! Makes it easy to watch all the shows getting you ready for your local show! Don’t miss any of the action !
  • Crashes too much.

I really want to love this app but it is way too unstable. Crashes way too often or music just stops playing. Constant buffering. It’s just plain annoying.
  • Sad.

Yet another example of a good idea with poor execution and inadequate support.
  • Great Concept, Horrible Streaming...

I can have a full signal and this app keeps crashing. I was stoked for this as I am a frequent customer of Nugz....what a complete disappointment, especially when paying $24 a month!!!!
  • Bad streaming quality all around

Bought a show to live stream. I got the SD version because I didn't really care about the video, just wanted to listen to the show. Was extremely disappointed when it started streaming and it was a audience recording being streamed. NOT A SOUNDBOARD STREAM! Paying that kind of money (the equivalent of buying the soundboard recording) and getting an audience stream was frustrating. On top of it, the stream wasn't even solid. It kept cutting out. I have extremely fast internet where I was so I know it wasn't on my end. Stream not worth the money and definitely not worth a monthly subscription.
  • Great app but needs more bands.

--Update. While more bands have been added the buffering on this app is touch and go and for the most part just bad. Several times this app has just stopped in the middle of a song and then restarted. Also keeping the spot in a song after leaving the app occasionally works. To everyone that doesn't know how to dance the subscription. You have to do it through the App Store under your Apple ID since the subscription was through the App Store.
