  • Works about half the time......

    By BlueTick2
Very unreliable. Most of the time when trying to pause my daughter’s phone it tells me it cannot be paused at this time. Other times it shows paused then I later find it didn’t pause it at all. I wish it were reliable. I am looking at other options now. The monthly fee on this app is around three times higher than others. I wouldn’t mind the fee if it worked reliably.
  • Dissatisfied Parent

I have never taken time to review an app but this one is a huge ripoff. It doesn’t work half the time and let’s me down when most needed. I would not recommend it! Now that I wrote a negative review the developer has deleted my account. How’s that for faith in your product? Or fixing its bugs?
  • Works like crap

This is a misleading app that doesn’t work well. Don’t waste your time
  • A Controlled Teens perspective (no need for any response)

I understand parents own the phones and such just have a little faith in your teens if you are getting this for them. We are under constant pressure to be good enough for college and to plead our parents. Countless amounts of hours we spend are not always on our phone to mess around it's to help us with the homework we have after a practice or such. If I teen does someone wrong that is small the last thing we want is to be embarrassed in front of our friends when our phone is suddenly shut off or now we can't access the camera or such. We are just teens we are going to make mistakes and yes it needs to be corrected just don't have the corrections always be on our phones. We use these to calm our selves down, yes this can be seen as and addiction but I am pretty sure as a parent you would rather have your teen be "addicted " to their phone and be able to talk things out with a trusted friend rather than being addicted to drugs as a release of stress. You want us to be successful independent adults in life just how can we achieve that when we have to rely on our parents for access to things. I know I can easily turn off the warden of an app just i don't know if my father will be notified of this or not and like a teen just trying to be accepted into this world and by her family I am trying not to fall into the teenager stereotype of all we do is not listen and have attitude.
  • Worst app

    By Julietjuju
Well it worked for about a week and then would not connect to my child's phone and when it did all the child had to do was turn off phone and it would disable app My child is in a crisis and we wanted the app so she could have the phone for a little while but then turn it off so she wouldn't get to stressed on snapchat We wish there was an app that worked this one is awful look elsewhere When I called support they just said oh the child must be disabling the app but I had the phone and that was not the case
  • Pause the messaging

    By LouisUsher
My kids text A LOT. I mean, I think their thumbs have evolved to a crazy speed that is beyond what normal people can do. It's actually created a problem at school and they constently get their phones taken away. Not with TeenSafe.
  • Don’t buy.

    By Mowgli75
I bought this for my daughter so I can monitor her more closely, so far it shows downloaded on her phone but will not open on mine. There’s only certain times for customer service nobody there on a Sunday. I’ve tried numerous times to reset it and re-programmed it however unsuccessfully. Very frustrating because now it shows that it is attached my daughters phone somehow and I can’t get it off so I’m paying for this and it’s not even working and nobody is available to help me. Now I have to try to get my money back close my monthly charges and have to reset my daughters phone to try and get it off. So it’s nice to know that teen safe can monitor my daughters phone but I can’t.
  • 3 kids

    By Vmae3
I use this for all 3 kids, I use the scheduling feature for school hours, homework time and bedtime... Can't wait to see what they come up with to add for safe driving for teens, hopefully it comes out soon!
  • Love the timer

    By DeadYUnder
Every weekday, my family has "no screen time" hours, where we read a book, play a board game, or just take a walk together. With Teensafe, it was easier than ever to set timers and reminders to keep this family tradition going.
  • Monthly charge not stated up front

    By Hot'N'Stinky
I found it here was a charge of $9.99 per month only after downloading and creating an account. This needs to be stated up front.
