App only runs in landscape mode... Bogus info until you start free trail, then pay 9.99 a month... Credit Karma is free and works really well...
  • Score Doesn’t Update with Report

    By Bobbyjj1
Although the Experian credit report updates weekly, the FICO 8 score doesn’t update as often. After numerous positive changes to my credit report posted, the score didn’t budge. When I checked my Discover Score Card, which is also powered by Experian, I found a considerable difference in FICO 8 scores. It would be nice if they’d tell how often the score updates. Still, this is a very helpful app to use as a supplement to Credit Karma, which provides information from TransUnion and Equifax.

So if you're considering monitoring your credit profile in real time, it's Experian. 3 Credit Reporting, Experian, Equifax & Transunion... Experian: Almost real time; Updates to credit trade lines are the best Equifax: Do you remember playing Centipede or Donkey Kong in like 1988? Those had a better website worthless... Transunion: Antiquated app better than Equifax just needs major content and accuracy update... I do these at work every single day, and Experian only of the 3 you should even consider using Goodnight....

I have what is about the most top-of-the-line membership with Experian, costing me a total of $24.99/month. I am more than happy to spend that type of money for what the app is supposed to offer. It did everything it was supposed to for the first 3-months: gave me my Experian credit score (refreshed daily),l; delivered my 3-Bureau credit report inclusive of my Experian, Transunion, and Equifax credit scores (monthly); a suite of monitoring services that helped me stay on top of inquiries on my report, sex offender registry, credit card and debit card monitoring, email monitoring, social media tracking; and more. It all worked amazingly and how it was supposed to until I reached the month of November. Once November hit, the app and website started not moving at all. My Experian credit score has not refreshed in almost 2-months, and my 3-Bureau credit report is woefully outdated. Credit Karma is now giving me a more accurate and higher credit score than what Experian is giving me, which baffles me. For what I am paying, they are not cutting it. If they do not get their stuff together and start giving me comparable numbers to what Credit Karma is giving me, I might have to consider giving up on Experian and canceling my membership. They are not delivering what they used to.
