  • Terrific app

We love this app. Setting up was easy but follow the directions to the letter. I contacted customer support via email and got respond next day with easy to follow directions. As a parents, this app gives us peace of mind.
  • Takes forever to get info

The backup and download of phone calls and text messages is ridiculous. This is even after turning off two step verification. I have used a different app in the past to check up on my teenager it was much easier to navigate. My next complaint is the price. Thought I had agreed to monthly billing, just got credit card statement and was charged for entire year $139.99. I canceled subscription through Apple but it doesn’t prorate any refund just tells you that access is approved through the year. Better look again, because I’ve already contacted support about the download issue and I was told to disable two step verification. When I responded that I wasn’t willing to disable two step I was given alternative options for downloading, still didn’t work. As far as billing goes I will contact Apple.
  • Signs you out often

    By TriPLe PLatiNuM
At first I had an issue with her phone sending mine data even though it was plugged in & connected to WiFi every night. Then it would only send partial data missing many texts. Also it wasn’t showing anything searched on the internet (especially not private searching) which was the biggest issue. Last it constantly signs out & I don’t have the time to make sure it’s signed in constantly. It is a very good app but needs a lot of repairing. It wasn’t worth my money for the 3-4 months I had it.
  • Not as advertised

    By TweenMom
This app is not as advertised. It only shows you data as your child's phone syncs to the cloud. It limits how often you can check. My 12 year old pointed out to me how easy it was to circumvent the app as well. If you are looking for something to monitor your child's texts, calls, or browsing history, look elsewhere.
  • The best parental control app

    By gratefulmomof5
I had been looking at SaferKid for a while but the free trial really did the trick for me. It works exactly as advertised, and we have it on four devices in our home. Highly recommended!
  • App not worth the money

    By Mamameanmug
This app doesn't work as promised. After backing up my daughters phone, and checking for new content through the app on my phone, no new texts appear, although she has been texting on it all day and searching the web. Not worth the $14.99 monthly subscription. Edit: They support staff for the app has been contact. Have yet to hear from them and that was over 3 weeks ago. My child’s phone now has been disabled fully by this app. No way to get a hold of these people. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS APP AS POSSIBLE.
  • Stopped updating the day I switched from trial to paid

    By Kristenry99
This was a disappointing purchase and never worked beyond my first day of a paid (as opposed to a trial) subscription. I went through the steps to turn off two factor identification and set up cloud backups but it just didn’t update. Support was slow and suggested things I’d already figured out on my own. I can do more on my own than this $14.95 a month app.
  • Worst purchase ever

I am not sure how many people agree to pay monthly subscription for this app after using a month? I tried to cancel it and i was having a very hard time to cancel the subscription.
  • I hate it

I am not able to protect my son with this app. Don't get it

Keep saying I need to subscribe, immediately cancelled it. Don’t waste time and look somewhere else.
