The app is well made. It looks good and offers what it should, though chat frequently loses connection and has to reconnect, even when WiFi is steady and strong. Needs fixing.

The app is good. But I'm missing a few of my battle net friends. I noticed today when I went on the app to tell my friend I would not be home for a bit longer, that she was not on there. I reinstalled the app and still there are a few missing.

This app is really good and I like that they added the avatars in here. The only thing I don’t like is that, with the update that added the avatars they took away the “friend offline for X hours” on the friend list. Now you can only see individual offline times by viewing their profiles each one at a time instead of all of them at once next to their names like it used to. I don’t understand the need for that change. Please put it back how it was! Thanks.

They just added avatars to today’s update of the app, so that gives me hope that slowly but surely the app will get more and more features. The number one feature I desperately want is access to Battle.net groups. At least access to the chat channels but most ideally access to the voice channels as well. I have a battle.net group that is very active, and it is frustrating to not be able to access the group on-the-go. I would also love to be able to sit in a voice comms channel in the group when I’m not at my computer. Basically, I’m asking for the Blizzard version of the Discord app. :P The second feature that I would like is horizontal/landscape orientation support. And fixing links; sometimes when someone links me something, only part of the link is hyperlinked. Additionally, if I click a YouTube link, it opens it up in app and in vertical/portrait orientation. Would be nice to at least be able to flip it and watch it easily in app. Thirdly and finally, I would love an iPad-optimized version of the app. All the above, but on iPad too. All I can do right now is download the iPhone version onto my iPad. Better than nothing! Finally, there seems to be some bug that doesn’t send my phone message notifications from Battle.net messages. It used to work just fine. I ensured that I have notifications enabled in-app and in the iOS settings. I also deleted and redownloaded and resigned in to the app to no avail. Thanks much for your hard work, Blizzard. Keep it up.
