    Broken. I'm stuck in a single folder and I can't leave it or do anything. Fix. Please. ASAP. You have one job. Cloud services that are supposed to be reliable. iOS only comes in one flavor. My space is going to waste, and I use this for work.

    App always freezes!!! It does not function, the last couple of updates has rendered the app useless!!

    I think the current version has a nasty bug. You can't view any photos unless you've saved them off line. Otherwise it just says "processing your file." I haven't had the patience to actually wait for it to finish processing to see how long it takes.

    I use this app daily and I can barely access files. I was hoping I was downloading a fix for the landscape swipe issue, but instead I downloaded a brick. Don't update your app until they fix this!

    At least half of my files won't display now, only resulting in a pop up that says "Processing your file. Please wait. Cancel." It never processes, whether on Wi-Fi or LTE. The same files open fine on the Kindle Fire Box app, so they are fine. Other iOS apps are fine. Trying to use this app in a professional setting is now a game of roulette, which is not fine.

    When turning my iPhone to landscape, The image is not displayed well and the image cuts out on the left of the screen. This problem exists a very long time. Please fix it!!

    In my review for a previous version I rated it higher but described that time coding on video playback freezes when you scrub through a file. Since I use this for demos, I was annoyed. But I still rated the service as a four. When I posted that review the company replied to my review (glad Apple added that) stating that they wouldn't be able to get to it by their next (monthly) update but the one after that. So I waited. Just checked the new update and it's still broken. Three months ago they broke something simple. Two months ago they acknowledged the issue and promised to fix it. But apparently no one checked out the previous revision history to find what was changed to break it. So where I had been unhappy with the app, but happy with the company and service, I feel like I'm done. If they don't care, why should I? At my next renewal, I'll cancel. In the meantime I've been trying out other services.
