  • Love it! Even if I have to pay!

    By anime-mistress
I also have Pandora and pay for plus. Well I used to. This app lets me track down what I want and listen all day. I do hear some songs again, only because hey are selected by me. I do pay yearly. People get upset because of limitations to the free side but, everything can't always be free. Others are working to make the app possible and many more make the music and create playlists... work goes into this. Want the awesomeness, pay.

8tracks is a wonderful playlist aggregator. Music for any mood I'm in!
  • Can't believe this crap..

I've been an avid listener of 8tracks for years now. When I opened the app to see that you have to have LIMITED listening time, I was devastated. Really, you were THAT desperate that you had to limit listening time to one minuscule hour? Ridiculous. You can bet that you've just lost a faithful listener, because I'm sick and tired of your lame excuses for trying to limit someone's love of music. There really is no excuse for this being your "final approach" toward royalty fees and such. Absolute garbage.
  • It's alright but...

    By MysteryBread
Only getting three skips tab Then going to another playlist is stupid you'd. You should get atleast six skips like most other services. It doesn't match up to the competition in the market. Sorry this is just my opinion and opinions are like a**holes everyone's got one.
  • Good but

So I absolutely love this app. It was better when I could listen to the music free and unlimited, but due to their limitless selection of songs it's understandable why they had to revert to charging or limited time. Just wish it wasn't as limited.
  • Crappy little Ap

This app only seeks to syphon money out of your bank. I'm deleting this app right after this post and sticking with iHeart radio which is a definitely superior app!
  • Unhappy

Used to be an amazing app, was my all time favorite music app. And now they only let you listen for 1 hour a week. It's ridiculous. I understand that you have to limit certain things, but seriously only 1 hour per week is way to little.
  • Great app!!!

Love this!! I just wish we could make playlists on mobile.
  • Playlist of Jams

It's between this and Noon Pacific. Ridiculous amounts of tremendously curated music for the required times a certain je ne sais quoi is mandatory.

I've been using 8tracks for so long. While I don't have the money to buy a subscription, I still love the app and I completely understand the reasoning for it to be a paid service now. But 8tracks is genuinely unique and I love it. If I had the money I'd buy a subscription.
