  • The Apple TV app is worse than ever!

The Apple TV app has become the Fisher Price toy for kids. Except it’s far less useful. I don’t want videos to auto play. I don’t want to dig through a ton of useless categories of old clips. Is it too difficult to have the latest NEWS clips from today’s show at the top? You have a Cramer Remix category for remix clips but no Jim Cramer Mad Money category under Featured. It’s buried under Shows BUT there are only full shows. Not clips like the last version of the app. Not everybody can watch full shows but want to stay informed and see topics and interviews we are interested in. I just have to hope I can get Mad Money clips in Latest News category (when it’s actually there) before they disappear. Same for Fast Money. Is it too much to ask to be able to actually find and view your content easily?! And why does it take several hours longer to see the clips posted on the Apple TV app than on the CNBC iPhone app?! Enough with the UI redesigns! Fix the content availability issues first! Keep it simple and functional.

After the latest update (Oct 2017) the app itself is fine but crashes frequently upon opening it. Just annoying. Hopefully will be fixed soon. Running iOS 11.0.3 on iPad Pro. Also, please make the app functional with split-screen in iOS 11.
  • An OK financial news app

Very well designed app. It is a big improvement over prior versions that were difficult to navigate and subjected the user to intolerably long video ads. On the down side CNBC admitted to banning future guest appearances of someone speaking his contrarian assesment of what made the USA a prosperous country and how that could possibly change in the future. The observation in this case could potentially help a longer term investor make a more informed decision towards their foreign asset alloction. It begs the question, what other kind of information might not be presented because it was deemed too contrarian?

Normally a great app but crashes when I set my TV provider to Xfinity. Happens on iPad and iPhone app.
  • Too much bias political news - still crashes with latest update

Why so much bias political news? CNBC is too anxious to undercut Trump. I have not seen one positive article about Trump. Incredible!

The NBC component seems to be to interspersed in your News feed. We follow stocks therefore we believe in capitalism and a thriving free-market therefore leave leftist ideology out please! Trump clearly epitomizes these ideals.
  • Some fatal bug in current update

The App closes automatically every time. I deleted and reloaded the App, I shut down my iPad and restarted, to no avail. I like and use the App a LOT, but am currently having to use on the phone only. I’ve the latest iPadPro.
