  • EHarmony is a scam!!!!

Please don’t waste your money!! I spent several months wasting time, countless hours reading profiles!!! (most of which were incomplete) If you are under the age of 30 don’t waste time!!!
  • Don’t Fall for the Hype

Reading through these 5-star reviews, and they couldn’t be more fabricated; there is no value from subscribing to eHarmony. The process is soooo slow, the selection is the bottom of the barrel, and nobody, I mean NOBODY communicates. If they do, they use pre-made questions, which is ridiculous. Nobody converses that way in the real world! This service is the biggest waste of money and I regret signing up completely. Stick with Tinder, OKC, and Match - the free or upgraded version. All of the users who are on eHarmony are on the free sites too, I can attest to that. Even though they are collectively disappointing as well, they don’t hold a candle to how terrible eHarmony is. You can take that to the bank!

  • Not the greatest dating app/service

    By Dazzledsky
I signed up for a 3 month subscription to test out what this might be like compared to free dating apps. Since I met no one after 2 months I adjusted my account to not renew. Somehow it glitched and I was charged for yet another 3 month subscription. When bringing this to the attention of customer service I was told refunds are not provided (so too bad?) Anyway, maybe it was user error - I will never know. So now it’s been about 4 months and I have not met ANYONE, lol. A submitted my review when prompted and was later emailed that I should send a smile to more than one person (I’ve sent about 2 dozen smiles) and other suggestions on how I might change my profile. Overall this has been a drawn out experience that has not been worth the money. Not to dissuade anyone (just sharing my experience)...maybe you’ll have good fortune on your side.
  • Annoying notifications Stick to free apps

    By dalen52
The notifications are NONSTOP. I don’t have any messages and I have over 30 notifications. I hate it. My matches and what if notifications won’t go away. Awful. Also, If beauties don’t like you on the free app they aren’t going to flock to you on the paid app. If you’re not getting good matches. Relax and do some soul searching. Are you maybe trying a little to hard, are you coming across as needy? Work on yourself first. Love yourself first.
  • Expensive, not worth the money

    By crchrist90
Very expensive to even use. Seriously $100+ just so you can look at pictures and read/send messages?! Outrageous! You simply cannot send or look at messages or can’t look at pictures until the app robs you of your money. The matches get to the point where it’s not even worth looking because there is too much and you can’t even see the persons face. I can go to OkCupid or even Plenty of Fish and do so much more than here. Not to mention can’t find “delete my profile” so I’m stuck having a profile on this thing. I’m sorry but until this app lowers the price tag or changes something, will not use

I had this app long time ago and I deleted my account. I attempted today to sign up and keeps saying my email is already in use etc. So I click on forgot password and nothing happen. Obviously my account isn’t there and it’s just not allowing me to log back on. They need to fix the bugs.
  • Curiosity can get expensive ...

I signed up for Eharmony a few weeks ago, with the intention of seeing how things went before deciding on a subscription. While I like the premise of the site, like trying to match people up based on certain criteria and questions, it still gives off the feeling of click-bait. You’ll receive matches every day, and a few of them may send a smile, and you may send one back. But you can’t go much further than that without paying astronomical prices, plus you can’t even see what they look like. I can either pay $200 for 6 months, or $220 for 12. Well, of course I’d be a fool to not pay for a year based on these prices, but... why must I commit to a year? Or 6 months for that matter? In my opinion, if I’m still on here in a year looking for my “perfect match”, then more than likely I’m not gonna find her here. Well...maybe if I just pay for another year???
  • Like it but matches are always far away

    By samsweetone
I like this app but why are the matches always so far away isn’t the whole purpose to find someone it’s kind of hard to drive an hour or two and def hard to have a long distance relationship
