Have you ever been in a situation where you question whether it’s dangerous enough to call 911? Instead of worrying yourself with indecision, use SafeTrek. SafeTrek uses advanced technology to get emergency help to your exact location with just the release of a button. It can be used in moments where you simply feel unsafe, as well as moments where you need immediate emergency help. Here’s how simple it is: Press and hold the button whenever you feel uneasy. Release the button when you have reached your home, car, or a safe destination and enter your 4-digit pin. In danger? Simply release the button and do not enter your pin. Your local police will be notified of your location and emergency. Other SafeTrek Features • Prefer texting? If you can’t talk in an emergency, you can still communicate with us via text. • Can’t text or talk? No worries, we’re still sending police to your exact location. • On the move? What I don't understand is why you have to pay for it. Yes, I get that it helps those who use it, but alot of people won't be able to use it because it costs money per month. I know it's only 3 dollars, but for someone that doesn't have any money to be paying for things like this, I find it kind of stupid. I wouldn't recommend it unless you want to pay for it every month.
  • Opinion from a Transgender Guy

By I am the real life Annabeth
This app is amazing! As a transgender individual I tend to feel unsafe in situations where I'm by myself in general, especially in the city or at night. I put my preferred name in my profile instead of my legal name and I messaged them to make sure that was ok. I didn't get a response for a few days, which was frustrating, but when I did it was very helpful. The guy I talked to was extremely respectful about me being trans and gave me good advice about what to do about my name in case of emergency and even said that SafeTrek has a lot of LGBT customers so they are accustomed to helping guys like me out. This app makes me feel so much safer!

    Great app!
  • Easy access

I feel like this app works amazing and makes a lot of people feel safer but I think it should be free for people who don't have money monthly. That way it's easier access.

I'm a single woman living in my own and this has made me feel like I actually have someone watching out for me when I feel unsafe. I ride a train to work every day and there has been a couple of times to where I pressed the safe trek button for the whole 40 minute ride. I received texts afterwards from Safe Trek and they were letting me know they were glad I was safe. Thankfully I haven't had to use this for an emergency yet, but it's definitely made me feel a lot safer so far.
  • Loving it!

I love this app so much! It's keep me save and when something does happen I can just open my phone then go to the app and hold down the button! I suggest that you get it! But you do have to pay ONLY $3 so it's worth it! Don't go and hate that this app uses $3 per month, because people don't just waste their time with the people that they wanna protect and get paid as well! Lemme as you this.. would you do something for free to someone without them paying you or saying a simple "thank you," so EVERYONE should get this app if you like, I myself deleted, due to the age I'm at and I don't have money to afford paying $3, so ya,~~ Tottles 👋🏻😊♥️

I have never felt safe riding in an uber or being home alone until now. Of course I have never had to us it to bring the police over but every time I feel unsafe I just click the app and it makes me feel so much better. Keep doing what you're doing safe trek!!
  • Love it!

I love this app!! The only thing is that I wish it had a safe word so that if someone took my phone and said I was safe when I wasn't, they would wait for my safe word and if it wasn't it would notify authorities.
  • Amazing App! but....

I really love this app. I walk to school, and sometimesI feel unsafe when I walk alone, and when there is no one around. This app is super helpful, even when you are not in immediate danger. If you feel unsafe you can just press it; and it makes you feel safer, even though you may not be in immediate danger. The thing is, once I was home alone, and I heard a noise from my parents room. I got really scared so I opened the app and I called them. The problem was, that the second I opened another app I was unable to keep pressing the panic button. Please fix this, or add a button where you can just say you feel unsafe, press once, and then it gives you like 30 sec to put your password in. If you wanna cancel the button, just press it again and put your pass word in. Overall, I do love this app, and it is definitely worth what I paid.
