  • Quickbooks doesn’t seem to care about their customers or product

    By Greeneggsandham3333
Started using this app for my new business and worked well for a while until the most recent updates. The app keeps saying there’s a bank connection issue, and now the app just crashes constantly. The cherry on top is their garbage customer service, don’t even bother because you won’t get the answers you need and will just end up more frustrated. Currently looking for better alternatives, because I refuse to give this company any more of my money.

This app is amazing for tracking spending and mileage. My only issue is that it has never let me upload pictures of my receipts for the logged transactions...
  • Worst Customer Service Ever

Their support team must be on auto-pilot. Same response and promise every time you complain. With each update, the app gets worse. Bank Connection issues have been ongoing for months.

Before QSE I was doing things the old fashioned way, long hand! This app is a massive time saver and I’ve found more time this year to grow my business and achieve personal goals because of it! Thanks Quickbooks!
  • It’s ok

The general idea of it would be helpful but my bank will not sync because the app will not allow me to press “enter” It doesn’t allow me to click out of the keyboard so I cannot manually press enter on the screen either. It also kicks me out of the app every time I try to delete or open my old bank information.
  • Sick of problems

I started using this app last year and I’m hoping it will make my taxes much easier this year. The driving tracker seems to work well. There are still lots of bugs in the app, though, that are frustrating: sudden app shutdown when certain commands are tried, long delays or errors when downloading initial credit card transactions, duplicated transactions, etc. I’m going to try to stick with it for now since I already use TurboTax for my tax returns but I’m definitely hoping the bugs will get to be less and less.

  • Frustrated

We have two business at home. Why can’t I manage both businesses though on ap? Just a button click between the two would be amazing! Also, says it connects with Turbo Tax, I called to see why it wouldn’t connect and import, was told it doesn’t! Why in the world does the web site say it does and why do you advertise it does? Customer service doesn’t speak English which is also a huge issue. #refund
  • Easy to use and more simplified

    By militryman1
I have used may other expense apps, but by far this app makes it very easy to understand and process. Being an over the road driver it has my data entry less of a hustle to get done. Still needs a little tweaking, but alas it is a generic app, one size fits all. The only thing I can see as a improvement would be an type of company selection for simplified workings.
